New Series of Industrial TFT Modules

Tianma has introduced a new series of TFT modules for industrial applications. First samples of the new 10.4” TFT module with long lifetime LED backlight are available now. Two additional modules with 5.7” diagonal and QVGA / VGA resolution will be available soon.

New AM-OLED Project Started

On January 19, 2010 the new AM-OLED project was officially started with the signing ceremony in Shanghai. Active Matrix OLEDs will be produced in Tianmas state of the art 4.5 generation factory located in Shnaghai. For more information please cklick here

FSC Technology from Tianma

With the new FSC Technology (Field Sequence Color) Tianma offers now colorful displays without color filters.

TFT Factory Started Mass Production

In December 2007 the new TFT Factory in Shanghai started the mass production of Tianma's first TFT panel.
